SNP's Christine Grahame is Galashiels' MSP

Christine Grahame will be Galashiels' MSP for the next five years. The SNP candidate took the Midlothian South, Tweeddale and Lauderdale constituency with a majority of 4,924votes.

Here are the results in full:

Christine Grahame (SNP) - 13,855

Jeremy Purvis (Liberal Democrat) - 8,931

Ian Miller (Labour) - 5,312

Peter Duncan (Conservative) - 3,743

Results for the South of Scotland Region will be announced in due course.
