The bus station is disgusting, not very nice for people visting the area for the first time, at school times the language from some pupils is awfull, ciggy butts everywere. I would stop the smoking in that area altogether.
I would lower the rates for would-be shop owners to fill up the now increasingly empty shops in Channel Street. This street is now slowly becoming a ghost town with regards to shopping. I have lived here for 30 years.
