Graham Maxwell grew up in the Scottish Borders where he started his genealogy research. A few years ago he moved to Dumfriesshire and together he and his wife Emma have created a successful genealogy business.

Graham and Emma stared transcribing and indexing census returns 7 years ago and the collection is now very vast covering Lanarkshire, Berwickshire, Roxburghshire, Selkirkshire, Dumfriesshire, Midlothian and Peeblesshire (1841, 1851 and 1861).

They have regular access to the National archives, Edinburgh central library, The National Library of Scotland, Register house and many local libraries.
