If you have a bit of spare time on your hands or feel you want to give something for the community, why not give us a call on Gala 751888 and see what we can offer.It could be First Aid at public events or driving someone to or from hospital or one of the many other things we offer our community.

No need to worry about training we will teach you all you need to know about your chosen service, free of charge.

Come along and give it a try, you never know you may enjoy yourself and make new friends into the bargain.

C'mon on give it a go, I have just enjoyed a day at Kelso, providing First Aid cover at the Trout and Salmon Fair and some of my co-volunteers have been at Gala Sevens. All that and lunch into the bargain, can't be bad. Joe
