CJ Hurst has interests in local history, particularly the optimistic buildings of the late twentieth century.

He would be very interested to hear of any projects that would benefit from his photographic skills.

As well as being a keen local photographer, Chris works for Scottish computer company deepSystems, which does around a third of its business in and around the Galashiels area.

Chris says, " We create custom integrated systems to automate the business process. They use modular application units, and standard browser and server technologies. Our solutions are flexible, and robust, with simple user interfaces. We believe in increasing efficiency, through accurate analysis and elegant design."
